Al-Ameen Medical College at Bijapur was started during the month of September, 1984 with the untiring efforts of Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, the Founder of Al-Ameen Movements. The college premises spread over two hundred acres of land on western hills of historical city of Bijapur . The main college building, administrative block, recreation hall, the play ground, basket ball stadium, boys and ladies hostels, central library, five hundred bed main hospital equipped with the modern amenities to cater the needs of people of Bijapur and surrounding areas have added beauty to the campus.
Al-Ameen Medical College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and the college is recognized by Medical Council of India since 1994. The college has started Post Graduate courses in various discipline of Medical Sciences which are also recognized by MCI. Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College & General Hospital is located at Ambegaon, Narhe, Pune. It is founded by President Prof. M. N. Navale and named after the mother of Prof. M. N. Navale. In a very little course of time, this institution has achieved its reputation for academic performance & patient services, not only in Pune but all over Maharashtra.
Hospital was started in 2006 with just 300 beds & expanded to 1094 bedded hospital currently with 840 teaching beds, 80 ICU beds,40 Casualty beds, 20 beds for Oral and Maxillofacial surgery,64 Day Care beds, 2 Pain Clinic and 48 Recovery beds in O.T. The medical college is started with intake of 100 students for MBBS course in September 2007. The intake capacity now has been increased to 150 students. Our MBBS degree is recognized by Medical Council of India and also by Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of India –New Delhi. The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik.
We also conduct Post Graduate courses in the Subjects of Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Community Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Anesthesia, Radiology, Dermatology, Pulmonary Medicine, General Medicine and Pediatrics. The hospital is spread over four buildings. The OPD blocks situated on the ground floor and respective wards are located from the first floor and above. We are providing all the facilities of the hospital in addition to two square meals to indoor.
Every year there has been steady increase in the no. of patients availing the OPD and IPD facility. In the year 2016 we have examined 570592 patients in OPD and 38806 Patients were hospitalized with average daily bed occupancy of 84%. With increasing patient number, all the departments have updated with infrastructure to give better care to sick and needy.
SMBT Educational Trust was founded in the year 1984. The aim was to provide free education to children of economically deprived class of the tribal society. Afterwards, a multi-specialty charitable hospital was started with the sole aim of providing help to rural people in need of medical care. Over a period of time, the Trust further expanded its charitable activities in the rural area by starting various educational institutions.

Maharashtra Institute of Medical Science & Research Latur, is a Medical Institution located in Latur, Maharashtra. It is affiliated to the 'Maharashtra University of Health Sciences' and recognised by the 'Medical Council of India'. It was established in 1989.
Maharashtra Institute of Medical Science & Research Latur (MIMSRL) principally offers a graduate degree in medicine namely MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery). It has a total student intake capacity of 150. Currently Post Graduate courses are not offered.
Students come from all over India. The division of seats for students from the state of Maharashtra & Rest of India is as follows:

Students from PMT(All India Pre Medical Test): 15%

Hospital started as a Maternity Home in 1969 which was upgraded to General Hospital in 1970. Since 1977, it was recognized as Teaching Hospital, affiliated to KEM Hospital. In 2006, MCGM decided to redevelop it and accordingly redevelopment work has started in 2009. The new redeveloped Cooper hospital was inaugurated on 30/11/2013. It is 636 bedded secondary care hospital with all general specialities. Hospital accredited by national board of examinations for training residents for DNB in nine general specialities since 2007.
Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College & Hospital (DUPMC) was started by Godavari Foundation in 2008 to impart quality education in the field of Medical Science. This is one of the flagship institutions of the Godavari Foundation. It started functioning from the academic year 2008-09.
