Career Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital, Lucknow was established in 2011 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. For an admission intake of 100 MBBS students. It is shortly going to conduct Post Graduate degree (MD/MS) in Pre and Para Clinical subjects of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Sciences, Community Medicine and Pharmacology.
Hospital facilities of the Medical College and Hospital provide modern health care including critical kcare and emergency services to the population at large. In a short span of time, the hospital has developed into 600-bedded tertiary care hospital with facilities to save lives. A casualty section and an intensive care unit with various sub-specialties like ICCU, SICU, ICU, RICU, NICU, PICU, Intensive Care in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and Burn treatment. Department of General Surgery provides facilities for Endoscopic Studies and Surgeries. Department of Medicine facilitates Echocardiography and TMT. The hospital is also equipped with facilities for Pediatric Surgery, Urology, Cardiology, G I . Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Cancer detection, Sterility Clinic, Pain Clinic, Pediatric Counselling and Pediatric Rehabilitation.Department of Radiology provides Fluoroscopy and facilities for Ultrasound and Color Doppler Studies, Digital X-Rays with an image intensifier, CT scan, MRI and Mammography.
Integral University, Lucknow is a minority institute run by Islamic Council of Productive Education in the year 2004 under the act no. 9 of 2004 by U.P. State Government, Government of India to impart standard value based education in highly disciplined and decorous environment. The society started with a small hospital mainly to cater the basic educational and health care of surrounding villages which has now grown into Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research which is a hi-tech 350 bedded hospital, fully furnished with advanced facilities and managed by highly qualified medical staff. It has 18 departments besides Emergency & Trauma Care Unit.

The registration fee for a patient is a token amount of Re. 1/- after which the patient can consult highly experienced doctors for a period of 15 days during which the patient is also provided with medicines. Beds are provided to in-patients @ Rs. 5 /- per day. For the children of employees of ELMC&H, an English medium school has been established within the campus. Books are provided free of cost. Uniform is provided at subsidized rates. A nominal fee of Rs. 50/- per month is charged which is further reduced to Rs. 10/- to charge as a token amount for Extremely needy students just to maintain their self-respect.
